OrgPack looks up company and contact signals from public sources: GitHub, RDAP/WHOIS, DNS MX, and pages that already publish mailto or imprint details.
We do not resell your lookup history or harvested personal data. Results stay on your account so you can download JSON/CSV. We do not operate a broker feed and we do not claim Hunter- or FullEnrich-grade verified personal emails.
Payment. Stripe Checkout handles the card (PCI). Card numbers never touch OrgPack. We keep the email Stripe already collected as your account key.
Failed lookup = credit restored. If a paid lookup cannot produce a useful company or contact signal, that credit is returned to your ledger automatically. That is not a $49 cash refund. Unused credits are not paid back as cash.
Cash refunds. If you were charged in error or twice, email aified@proton.me from the inbox you used at Stripe Checkout. We match the receipt and, when it is our mistake, refund through Stripe.
We do not send marketing email from OrgPack.
Hunter.io and FullEnrich are not used. Their terms don’t allow us to resell that data as a standalone domain-search product without written authorization.
