These terms cover use of OrgPack at orgpack.fly.dev. Buying credits or running a lookup means you accept them.

The offer

You pay $49 for 50 credits. Each successful lookup uses one credit. There is no monthly plan right now.

Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. OrgPack does not collect or store card numbers.

What a lookup is

A lookup takes a domain or GitHub org and returns a company record and any publicly listed contacts we can find. Sources are GitHub, RDAP/WHOIS, DNS MX, and pages that already publish mailto or imprint details. We do not guess firstname.lastname@ emails and we do not use Hunter or FullEnrich.

We do not promise a contact on every domain. Public pages are incomplete. If the open spine cannot produce a useful company or contact signal, the deducted credit is returned to your ledger automatically.

Your account

The email you use at Stripe Checkout is your account key. Lookups and downloads stay on that account. Keep the email you paid with; that is how you get back in.

Acceptable use

Use OrgPack for lawful research on organizations. Do not use results to harass, spam in violation of applicable law, or impersonate anyone. Do not attempt to overload the service or bypass credit accounting. We may suspend an account that abuses the open-source lookups or the credit ledger.

Credits vs cash refunds

A failed lookup restores the credit to your ledger. It does not automatically refund the $49 payment. Unused credits are not paid back as cash. If you were charged in error or twice, email aified@proton.me from the checkout inbox; we match the Stripe receipt and refund through Stripe when the charge was our mistake. Card-network disputes follow Stripe's process.

No warranty

Results are copied from public sources as we found them. They can be stale, partial, or wrong. OrgPack is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make from a lookup, or for incidental damages, beyond the amount you paid us in the 30 days before a claim — to the extent that limit is allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
